About Us
Pure Smiles was founded by Jayme Daley RDH, RDHAP. She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and began her career as a Dental Hygienist in 2000, after attending Oxnard College. She obtained her license as a Registered Dental Hygienist and was also chosen for the "Outstanding Professionalism" award. Jayme has over 15 years of experience treating patients of all ages, is certified in laser assisted periodontal therapy and is a member of the California Dental Hygienist Association.
Throughout her years as a clinical hygienist in a dental office, she saw first hand the difficulties her elderly and disabled patients went through to make regular dental hygiene appointments. Eventually, these patients could no longer make it into the dental office to obtain preventative dental care and she recognized the great need for mobile dental care for this special population.
Wanting to make a difference for these patients and those in the community with limited access to preventive dental health, in 2014 she attended The University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry-Center for Special Care in San Francisco. She received her training in oral health for persons with special needs and a license as a RDHAP (Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice). Her license allows her to work independent of a dentist. Jayme has four awesome kids and an wonderful husband.
At Pure Smiles we are committed to serving the homebound, ill, elderly, underserved children, disabled and persons with special needs. Our mission is to increase access to oral health, enhance self-esteem, improve quality of life, and boost the overall health and well being of every patient we serve.
